On May 30, 2012, our chairman, Wang Jia'an was invited to attend the activity to celebrate that the GEMIKAYA GROUP Azerbaijan Cement Plant has been put into operation for one year. President of Azerbaijan and president of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic participated in this celebration. They spoke highly of the project completed by Pengfei and posed for pictures with our chairman. Azerbaijan TV, Nakhchivan TV, and other major news media in Azerbaijan reported this celebration activity.

GEMIKAYA GROUP has more than 10 subsidiaries, involving building materials, food, beverage, furniture, construction and other industries. The smooth operation of the Azerbaijan Cement Plant changes the situation that the cement used in the construction industry of Azerbaijan is imported. Nowadays, the cement this Cement Factory produces is exported to Turkey, and other countries. Market demand far exceeds the current scale of production. Therefore, GEMIKAYA GROUP is negotiating with Pengfei Group about the cement plant expansion project. The two sides have reached good cooperation intention.
